Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

By using Arouki's products and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these terms.

Use of services

Our services are provided for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use our services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Subscriptions and billing

SheetJoin is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise Arouki Pty Ltd to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the then-current subscription rate. All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and billed monthly in advance.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@arouki.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until that date.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes. Continued use of the service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Payment processing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By providing your payment details, you acknowledge that your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is subject to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Arouki Pty Ltd does not store your complete payment card details. All transactions are encrypted and processed in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

Intellectual property

All content, features, and functionality of our products are owned by Arouki Pty Ltd and are protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Arouki Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in Australian courts.
